Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of FlowClip.live, including the website, analysis tools, credit system, generated clips, and browser extension. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. You must keep your credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Email/password accounts may need email verification before account features are available. You may request password reset emails from the sign-in flow or account page.

You may delete your account from the account page. Account deletion removes your sign-in account and records the deletion reason you provide. We may retain records that are necessary for payments, credit ledgers, security, abuse prevention, support, dispute resolution, tax, or legal compliance.

Credits and Purchases

FlowClip.live uses credits for paid analysis and related service usage. Credits are consumed when you request eligible processing, storage overage, or other credit-based features. Credit pricing, bundles, and feature availability may change over time.

References to a standard match are estimates for smart analysis with generated clips. Deep analysis, repeated processing, storage overage, exports, or other additional features may consume extra credits.

Credits and credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable law. See the Refund Policy for details.

User Content

You are responsible for videos, audio, recordings, clips, and other content you upload or process. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content with FlowClip.live. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, display, and deliver your content for the service.

Do not upload, record, import, analyze, clip, export, publish, share, monetize, or otherwise use content unless you have all rights, licenses, consents, releases, and permissions required for that use. This includes copyright, neighboring rights, music, commentary, broadcast, league, team, player, performer, likeness, publicity, privacy, trademark, venue, and contractual rights that may apply to the source video or the clips generated from it.

You are solely responsible for avoiding copyright-prone, restricted, or unauthorized videos, including YouTube videos and other online videos that you do not own or have permission to reuse. FlowClip.live does not give you any ownership rights in third-party videos and does not guarantee that a clip, short excerpt, highlight, thumbnail, caption, or analysis output is lawful to use, publish, monetize, or share.

Generated Clips and Outputs

Generated clips are derivative outputs created from content you provide. Once clips, exports, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions, timing markers, or related assets are generated or downloaded, you are responsible for reviewing them and using them wisely, lawfully, and in compliance with applicable copyright rules, platform rules, and any rights or permissions connected to the original video.

You should independently verify whether your intended use qualifies under a license, permission, fair dealing, fair use, quotation, news, education, personal use, or any other exception. FlowClip.live does not provide legal advice, copyright clearance, platform clearance, or rights-management services.

Acceptable Use

You may not use FlowClip.live to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malicious content, interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer restricted components, or abuse payment, credit, or account systems.

You may not use the service to bypass technical restrictions, paywalls, access controls, digital rights management, platform download restrictions, or terms imposed by YouTube, broadcasters, leagues, streaming services, social platforms, or other third parties. You may not use FlowClip.live to create or distribute unlawful copies, misleading edits, deceptive clips, harassment, doxxing, non-consensual recordings, or content that violates another person's privacy, publicity, or safety rights.

Service Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Analysis and clip generation depend on third-party infrastructure, storage, models, browsers, and network conditions, so results and availability are not guaranteed.

Third-Party Analytics

We may use third-party analytics providers to understand service usage, reliability, and performance. Data collected or processed by those providers is also governed by their own privacy policies, terms, and data practices, and FlowClip.live is not responsible for those third-party terms or practices.

Third-Party Platforms

FlowClip.live is not affiliated with YouTube, Google, broadcasters, leagues, clubs, streaming services, or social media platforms unless we expressly say otherwise. Your access to, recording of, downloading of, clipping of, or reuse of videos from those services is governed by their own terms, copyright policies, community guidelines, and technical restrictions.

You are responsible for checking and following those third-party rules before using FlowClip.live with any third-party video. We may refuse, limit, remove, or disable processing or access to content when we believe it may violate these Terms, third-party rights, platform rules, or applicable law.

Disclaimers and Liability

FlowClip.live is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

You are responsible for claims, losses, penalties, takedowns, disputes, or liabilities that arise from content you provide, clips you generate, or the way you publish, share, monetize, or otherwise use outputs from the service. You agree to defend and indemnify FlowClip.live and its operators from claims arising from your content, your outputs, your account activity, or your violation of these Terms, third-party rights, platform rules, or law, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or settlement discussion related to FlowClip.live should first be addressed through good faith mediation. If mediation does not resolve the matter, the dispute must be brought before the courts in Kolkata, India, subject to applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
