FlowClip.live helps users analyze football match videos, generate clips, manage credits, and use a browser extension for local recording. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

We may collect account details such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, uploaded video files, generated clip metadata, analysis results, credit balances, purchase records, support messages, and technical information such as browser, device, IP address, log data, and usage events.

The FlowClip.live extension records locally in your browser unless you choose to use connected cloud or account features. Local extension recordings and markers may be stored in browser storage on your device.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide analysis and clip generation, operate credit billing, maintain account history, prevent abuse, improve reliability, troubleshoot errors, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. We do not store full card numbers. We store purchase, checkout, and webhook records needed to credit your account and maintain the service ledger.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us run FlowClip.live, including hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, payment processing, and video processing providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the service.

Analytics data collected or processed by third-party analytics providers is governed by those providers' own privacy policies, terms, and data practices. FlowClip.live is not responsible for those third-party policies, terms, or practices.

Data Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

If you delete your account from the account page, we use Firebase Authentication to remove your sign-in account and record the deletion reason you provide. Some records, such as payment, credit ledger, security, support, abuse-prevention, tax, or legal records, may be retained where necessary or required by law.

Your Choices

You may stop using the service, remove the extension, delete local browser data, reset your password, verify your email address through Firebase Authentication, delete your account from the account page, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account information where required by applicable law.

Disputes

Privacy-related disputes should first be addressed through good faith mediation. If mediation does not resolve the matter, the dispute must be brought before the courts in Kolkata, India, subject to applicable law.
