Refund Policy

No Refunds for Credits

FlowClip.live is a credit-based service. Credits and credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. This applies whether credits are unused, partially used, expired due to account closure, or consumed by an analysis, storage, export, or other credit-based feature.

No Cash Value

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, cannot be exchanged for money, and may only be used within FlowClip.live according to the current service rules.

Processing Failures

If a technical issue prevents purchased credits from being added to your account, contact support with your payment receipt. Our remedy will be to verify the payment and add the purchased credits when appropriate, not to issue a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Legally Required Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a refund is legally required, it may be processed through the original payment method and may result in reversal of related credits or account benefits.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, or refunded as required by law, FlowClip.live may remove the related credits, reverse benefits, suspend usage, or restrict the account until the issue is resolved.

Any refund, chargeback, or payment dispute should first be addressed through good faith mediation. If mediation does not resolve the matter, the dispute must be brought before the courts in Kolkata, India, subject to applicable law.

Third-Party Analytics

We may use third-party analytics providers in connection with purchase, checkout, and service usage flows. Data collected or processed by those providers is governed by their own privacy policies, terms, and data practices, and FlowClip.live is not responsible for those third-party policies, terms, or practices.
